Just found your site. I love your realistic approach. From now I am sticking to getting advice from other people in the same situation. I just had a friend (who knows I have chronic shoulder pain) tell me I could save money by cooking up a big pot of chili and freezing it. Right. That would send me to urgent care to get a toradol shot.
